Our Mission

We seek to reacquaint patients with regular dental care by making visits pain-free, and offering convenient hours and flexible payment options.

Appointments

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Just as we are committed to providing you with quality dental care, we are concerned with keeping your costs reasonable. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Affordable Financing Options

Don’t let finances stand in your way for achieving the beautiful, healthy smile you deserve! We are pleased to offer financing options through CareCredit and DentalBanc to help make your treatment more affordable. These flexible payment options allow you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy!

If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate you.

Insurance

Some insurance companies help with dental fees in some cases; however, it depends on the policy you have and your particular need. Our expert front desk team completes complimentary benefit checks to help you maximize your insurance benefits and/or arrange interest-free financing. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental.

When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please be sure to let us know.

We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within a reasonable timeframe. If we are not contracted under your insurance, you will be given a copy of services and charges to file with your insurance claim form.
